Refund & Vehicle Return Policy

1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the condition of the vehicles we sell. Every vehicle is properly serviced and is road ready.
If you receive your vehicle and believe that it materially differs from its advertised condition or description, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and work with you towards fixing the issue, getting a new vehicle or a full refund.
2. Vehicle Return Period
Unless a different return period is specifically stated on your purchase agreement, customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of taking delivery of the vehicle.
To request a return:

• Provide your order or purchase information and explain the reason for the return.
• Keep the vehicle in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered.
• Do not make modifications or alterations to the vehicle before contacting us.

3. Refunds
If an approved return is accepted, we will refund the eligible amount paid for the vehicle using the original payment method within 48hrs of the return being accepted.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Any legally required taxes, registration fees, government charges, financing charges, delivery charges, or third-party fees will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the purchase agreement.
4. Vehicles With Undisclosed Material Issues
If a mechanical or other material issue is discovered after delivery that was not disclosed in the vehicle’s listing or before purchase, please contact us immediately.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may offer one or more of the following solutions:
• Repair or reimbursement for an agreed repair;
• A partial refund;
• A replacement vehicle, where available; or
• Cancellation of the sale and return of the vehicle.
The specific remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
5. Pre-Purchase Inspection
Customers are welcome and encouraged to have a vehicle independently inspected by a qualified mechanic before purchasing it.
If an independent inspection is requested before purchase, we will reasonably cooperate in arranging access to the vehicle, subject to scheduling and practical limitations.
An inspection is not required to make a purchase, and failure to obtain an inspection does not automatically waive any rights or protections provided by applicable law.
6. Normal Used-Vehicle Wear
Used vehicles may have ordinary signs of previous use, including minor cosmetic imperfections, normal wear and tear, and age-related characteristics.
These conditions do not necessarily constitute defects or grounds for a refund when they are consistent with the vehicle’s age, mileage, and advertised condition.
7. Return Condition
For an approved return, the vehicle should be returned in substantially the same condition as when delivered, subject to reasonable use during the applicable return period.
The customer may be responsible for significant damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or other changes that occurred after delivery and were not caused by a pre-existing condition.
